UK Investments

Our Group has been investing in the UK for over a decade. Besides in investment in dispersed residential units in Central London, which are purchased, redesigned and redecorated, and disposed of, we have been actively involved in the management of Alphastone Property fund, a regulated property fund, between 2014-2017. The brainchild of this venture was the acquisition of Hempel hotel in Lancaster Gate, London, its redesign and conversion into a super-prime villa at 17 Craven Hill Gardens, London, W2. The involvement in our Group in the redevelopment of this unique property was equivocal. 17CHG was sold to an investor in April 2017.

To this day, our Group maintains a number of investment in residential and industrial assets in the UK.
